  18. Check out the Microsoft Download Services BBS (phone 206-936-6735 up to 9600
  19. bps -- I doubt that there is any Internet access).  Among the many files 
  20. there is a ZIP file (sorry, I forgot the name) that contains updated
  21. versions of SYSINI.WRI and WININI.WRI.  These are Windows Write files that
  22. explain all the settings for SYSTEM.INI and WIN.INI.
