- I've been using Word Perfect since 4.1, and moved to WPWin as soon as it
- was available. I stayed with it until this month. I finally gave up
- because I just couldn't bear its printing speed any more. The last
- straw was a 35 page paper, whose last 6 pages were graphics I drew with
- Draw Pefect & imported. It took more than an hour to print. Out of
- curiosity, I took it all down the hall, and asked a friend to print it
- with Ami Pro. It took 5-10 minutes, and he even had screen control back
- sooner than with WPWin. I still miss reveal codes, and sure wish AmiPro
- would look me look at the bottom of page n and the top of page n+1
- together, but that's it. The draw program is as good as Draw Perfect,
- you get back the ability to write a description to go with each file
- name, and it's easy to learn after working with WPWin (or, I supposed,
- any other Windows word processor).
