  14.     I'm using TC++ for Windows, and I cannot use the debbuger
  15. because the system complains that cannot load the respective .DLL
  16. file. I'm sure the installation was done by the book... so I tried to
  17. contact Borland... I send a letter 2 months ago but received no
  18. answer... I send a message to postmaster@borland.com (the domain
  19. exists!!) with equal results... Does anyone know how to contact
  20. Borland (not by phone because Europe-USA fares are to high!!)?
