  27. This, of course, is a very well known bug and has been addressed many, many
  28. times.  But here it is again for your sake (and hopefully everyone else
  29. who might be having the same problem).

  36. Thanks to all the responents I got from my font <--> eq. editor
  37. dilemma in WfW 2.0. Heres the solution in point form (just follow
  38. the dierctions step by step), included as this seems to be a VERY
  39. popular problem, even with WfW 2.0a.

  45. You are having a font problem with WfW equation editor. The reason is
  46. that WfW goofes up when installing fonts for the eq. editor. To correct,
  47.  
  48. 1) Make sure your printer is attached to LPT1/2/3 (Not FILE:)
  49.  
  50. 2) Reinstall the equation editor (You don't have to install other parts
  51.    of WfW)
  52.  
  53. 3) With the control panel's font tool, remove fonts "MT Extra (True Type)"
  54.    and "Fences (True Type)". Don't delete the fonts from the disk, however.
  55.  
  56. 4) With the same tool, install from .../windows/system -directory fonts
  57.    "Fences Plain (True Type)" and "MT Extra Plain (True Type)"
  58.  
  59. 5) Restart windows.
