  11. I'd like to add my complaints about Stanford Graphics.  The program
  12. has a really nice-looking advertisement, and it makes beautiful
  13. output.  That's it.  It violates most of the rules of Windows
  14. application design (at least if you believe there ARE rules to Windows
  15. programming), is terribly SLOW, crashes ALL THE TIME, and has a
  16. useless manual.
  17. Question--does the Origin package recommended earlier in this news
  18. thread do 3-D plots (like wireframes, contours, etc.)?  That's
  19. what I use Stanford for at the moment, and my only alternative
  20. is to put the data in Wingz and sort-of graph it (albeit about a
  21. BILLION times faster!) there.
