  19. Most PC Mag utilities are found in the pcmag subdirectory of Simtel20 and
  20. its mirrors.  For example, ftp to oak.oakland.edu, and then cd into
  21. /pub/msdos/pcmag.  Utilities are generally grouped by issue number, so
  22. if clipstac, say, appeared in Volume 11 issue 10, the file will have a
  23. name like vol11n10.zip.  If the file isn't there yet, it probably soon
  24. will be.
