- Hi there,
-
- I [cap@mb5000.anes.upmc.edu (chris pilewski)] DID NOT write this. I wrote
- the original article that only asked if anyone knew where Brian Capson
- could be contacted. This is what I wrote:
-

- # Hi There,
- #
- #
- # Brian Capson (becap@cs.mcgill.ca) is the developer of WinDock (a
- # fine Windows program launcher). I corresponded with him a few months
- # ago about WinDock. Now he seems to have vanished. I got no reply
- # when I tried to register my copy of WinDock. And, he has not answered
- # email sent to the address he listed in the WinDock 'About' box. If
- # anyone knows of a newer email address, please mail it to me:
- # pil@med.pitt.edu.
- #
- # Thanx.
-
-
- The excerpt above that (Daniel A. Szpiro) attributes to me is from
- one of the many replies that were posted dealing with the subject
- of share-ware apps.
-
- Brian Capson contacted me by email on 20-August. And he explained
- that he moved twice in that last 4 months and temporarily lost
- internet access. He also emailed me the distribution version of WinDock
- (no nag screen).
-
- Since so many people seem to be interested in WinDock, I will encourage
- Brian to post his new email address.
