  12. I was wonding what the 'pros and cons' are with Microsoft Quick BASIC and
  13. C++ (Borland). I need to buy a language I can use to create a flexible
  14. string based data base (as well as for general programming). I can only buy
  15. one and would like to know what would best suit my needs.

  17. Any information or opinions would be most welcome. Might there be another
  18. language that would better suit my needs?
