- Actually EBCDIC makes some sense if you're using punched cards (in fact
- a lot of IBM things make sense if you think of punched cards), but if
- you ever think you might be able to make sense of IBM's extended
- character set (don't call it ASCII, ANSI had nothing to do with it),
- just look at another code page.
