  26. You may have to ask BitStream for the information.  I forget at which
  27. version we moved to BitStream Fonts, but if the fonts were created with
  28. BitStream's Fontware, they are the source for the font files...  Sorry, 
  29. I can't be more help, but this is pretty old stuff (at least internally).
