  15. Yes.  Backup, then restore.  You should already have a backup anyway

  21. It could be done, but not quickly.  Run SDEFRAG/G to shrink the stacker
  22. drive as small as possible.  Then copy as much as you can off the drive
  23. onto the uncompressed part.  Then run SDEFRAG/G again and shrink the
  24. drive some more.  Repeat until finished.  This is pretty much the
  25. inverse of the INSTALL operation, but it is not automated.
