- First of all: I'm a big DR DOS 6.0 fan.
-
- However I'm not sure whether or not I want a seperate DR DOS group/
- hierarchy.
-
- Of course it is an advantage to have all the DR DOS discussions in one
- place, but many discussions will be about ANY-DOS instead of DR DOS. How
- do we keep these out of the .drdos hierarchy?
-
- As to the name: As much as the original poster probably dislikes it
- and I do disklike it, as several other posters said, it probably should
- be part of the comp.os.msdos hierarchy, i.e.
-
- comp.os.msdos.drdos* (Yeach! :-))
-
- Better, but probably impossible, would be
-
- comp.os.dos.drdos*
-
- Currently I am quite satisfied by the "DR DOS" indicators which people
- put in the title ("Subject: ") of their postings. But then, this is only
- to be expected: DR DOS users know what is important, otherwise they
- would not have purchased DR DOS (slime, slime :-)), so they put "DR DOS"
- in their titles. Coming to think of it: Yes, it would be nice to have
- a seperate group for the elite of this world. :-) Consider this an "Aye"
- vote for comp.os[.whatever].drdos
-
- Frank "There are only MS-DOS users and DR DOS fans. None of the reverse!"
-
- P.S. To summarize my above rambling: Do whatever you like. I'm not going
- to object/vote_no.
