  16.     On page 397 of "UNIX Network Programming", by W.Richard Stevens,
  17.     there is a reference to an include file called "netdefs.h".
  18.     I can't find any reference to it in the book (other than the
  19.     #includes).  What is this file and where can I find the contents?    
  20.     It is user defined, not system defined.
