  14. i just tried to install minix-vga
  15.  
  16. i copied all the files respectively into the kernel , mm, and fs directories
  17. and went to compile them
  18.  
  19. seems like whenever i go to compile something..
  20. there are always a bunch of undefined variables..
  21.  
  22. in this case it was  while making the kernel..
  23. protect.c line #221 VGA_BASE & VGA_SIZE undefined...
  24.  
  25. maybe i didn't uncompress some files? when i installed minix?
  26. (to never have anything compile correctly due to occurring errors
  27.  relating to undefined variables is too much to be a coincidence
  28.   that the suppliers of the software letf loose ends)
