- since the announcement of the USL CSRG lawsuit.

- I am aware that MIT, which has at least some of the BNR2 code
- available in a world readable AFS cell, considered this issue, but
- decided that the mere existance of a lawsuit of uncertain merit did
- not "change the rules" enough to warrant restricting access to the
- BNR2 code (although a ruling in a lawsuit would result in a change in
- access to that code).
