  16. I've seen a lot of posts lately about 14 character long
  17. filenames and the Extended FS, which seems to be fairly
  18. stable.  I was wondering, how easy is it to use the EFS.

  20. Is it just a matter of mounting it as an EFS or do you
  21. need to re-partition/re-install the dev?

  23. My Linux(minix) partition is /dev/hda2
  24. I'm using gcc 2.2.2d and Linux 0.97pl2, and I do have
  25. the new mount.

  27. BTW - I installed gcc 2.2.2d with NO problems, in fact
  28.       I was worried I had done something wrong because
  29.       it was too easy... :D
