- It's not just you. I got pissed off enough to rewrite adduser myself.
- After I uploaded it, I was told of a huge security hole in it, so I reworked
- it. So if you download something named 'adduser' written by me, you'll
- probably want the newer one, with a different name: In the process I added
- some functionality, and renamed it "pwdutils".

- I grant you that it's obscure enough that you would't think it included
- an "adduser" utility, but the main program allows root to do anything you want
- to /etc/passwd without editing, so I chose to name it pwdutil.

- In any case, I put it on tsx-11, but since I haven't seen the announcement
- for it, I suppose it is still in /incoming limbo. So I also put it on
- sunsite, (sunsite.unc.edu I think). It may be still in the incoming directory
- there too, but at least it's readable.
