  13. Hope this hasn't been asked before. I've looked in the README supplied
  14. with lilo.4 and also in the extra README supplied by mcc. I'm trying
  15. to make a bootable floppy before I wreck my hard disk ;-) However I
  16. invoke lilo I get the following message:

  18. Hole found in map file (zero sector)

  20. What does this mean ? Am I doing something stupid ?

  24.    software:      linux 0.97p2 with TCP/IP.
  25.                   lilo.4.[sb].tar.Z
  26.                   gcc 2.2.2d
  27.  
  28.    hardware:      Dell 433DE 33MHz 80486 + 8 Mb memory
  29.  
  30. I've tried using the binaries shipped and I've also recompiled from
  31. scratch. Same both times.
