- How do I set up my modem/linux so that I can get people to dialin
- to the linux system. I have tried setting me modem to auto-answer, and tried
- putting a entry (which I thought might work) in the file 'inittab'. Although
- the modem answered the phone and connect okay, linux didn't "kick in" as such.
- I suspect that its my entry in the 'inittab' file. So what should be in that
- file, and, are there any other files to be modified for this to work?
