  16. Not exactly everything is up to date.  Among other things, there is a
  17. uemacs binary (no sources as far as I could find) from December, 1991.
  18. And I think I still saw the ancient make that only ran as root...

  20. Don't take this as a flame (please, Arl :), but I didn't want anybody to
  21. get a too rosy picture of nic.funet.fi.  Nic is actually pretty good,
  22. and of course there is a _lot_ of stuff there.
