- I am installing Linux on my 386 with to Seagate 157N SCSI hard drives.
- I have looked in several docs without getting the information i was
- searching.
- I need to know what the dev. numbers is for the SCSI drives.
- I have know the numbers for IDE-drives, but not for SCSI.
- The numbers i need is the numbers used to modifie the bootdisk, so that
- it looks for root on the SCSI drive.(Ie. the numbers uesd in the program
- PBOOT.EXE.)
- I am installing Linux on my second SCSI drive, on the 3. partition.
- (That is /dev/sdb3.)
-
- I do hope that someone can tell me what to do!
