  13. 1) While trying to install ps-0.97 with my 0.97pl2 kernel, compilation
  14.    complains about not finding the symbol LIBRARY_OFFSET - I've grepped
  15.    through all the kernel source and haven't been able to find this
  16.    symbol.  Can anyone tell me where it is?
  17. 2) I need a sample /etc/mtools file as I haven't a clue about the
  18.    number of sectors, etc, on my floppies.
  19. 3) How do I go about writing a boot-sector to my hard disk partition 1?
  20.    I have run bootany and put the menu onto my hard disk, but I still
  21.    can't boot off the partition I choose.
  22. 4) Why isn't 80x25 on the list of SVGA modes?  If I absent-mindedly hit
  23.    Return at boot, instead of some other key, I *must* pick a goofy
  24.    graphics mode.
  25. 5) How can I get around this horrid 14-character limit on filenames?

  27. And finally a question: would anyone be interested in a module editor
  28. for Linux, with SB support?  I'm thinking of writing one, and I'm just
  29. wondering if it would be worthwhile ...
