  22. Really, guys. I've installed gcc'c starting from gcc2.11.
  23. GCC 2.2.2d installation could not be easier ;).
  24. Read FAQ, and take a peep at install script.
  25. You better have linux 0.97 pl1 sources on line.
  26. That's it.
  27. BTW if you have older ver of tar and no zcat just change
  28. that in install script - there are lines there which use
  29. older version of tar with 'z' option and no zcat. Uncomment
  30. them and comment zcat lines.

  32. H.J has done a wonderfull job with gcc 2.2.2d. Installing
  33. it is easier then most MESSY-LOSS "applications".
  34. (we can't call them real applications can we.
