  10. Hi all,
  11.    I am intending to set up my bbs running linux.  I am currently running
  12. waffle under (yech) DOS I need to know where to find UUCP and NEWS software
  13. preferably C-News as that is what I am most familiar with having installed it
  14. on my sun2 sun3 and ISC unix box.  I have never had to deal with installing
  15. UUCP software (though I have had to configure it on the sun2 (smail and 
  16. sendmail) So what is available.  I have no FTP access but I can get to the
  17. (rather expoensive) services like compuserve (they have little linux stuff) 
  18. and genii (better but not great) and bix.  I have seen more stuff on bix but 
  19. my access is rather shaky.  Also the (very expensive) uunet uucp archives
  20. are accessable.  I have been running linux since 0.10 so I'm reasonably 
  21. competent about setting that part up though the last kernel I compiled 
  22. was 95c.  I have seen SLS mentioned but not where it is could some kind 
  23. souls out there please send the data (mail unless YOU think this stuff
  24. is required by all).
