  12. I finally (!!!!!!!!!!!) got 0.97pl1 to build!!!  (Those of you who mailed
  13. me that you have had similar problems, the answer is on the way....)

  15. However, when tools/build is run to build Image, the following message
  16. is always displayed:

  18.     "/dev/hda2: Function not implemented"
  19.  
  20. If I leave off the root device, I will get a proper Image file that mounts
  21. the floppy as root, but I need to have the hard drive used as root.

  23. I'm building the kernel under 0.96a.  What am I missing here??
