- I'm about to install new gcc and would like to ask some
- questions:
- 1) I'm getting it from tsx-11. Is install there fixed?
- 2) I've read all docs. Now how should I proceed with
- header files- I have linux0.96c but want to change it to
- 0.97pl1. To my understanding I should:
- i) Install .97pl1 source.
- ii)Install .97pl1inc files
- iii) install gcc (as per readme)
- iv) compile the kernel by erasing all
- -Inostdinclude from Makefile.
-
- Now step 2.iv) is the one I fear the most. Is there any
- header files linking to be done?
-
- Please help and thanx for amazing system !!!

- PS: could someone email me the one-line fix to .97pl1?
- I can't run pl2 because of ati driver.
