  13. Both ghostview 1.3 and ghostscript 2.5 (from gatekeeper.3com.com) compiled
  14. flawlessly under linux 0.97.1 and gcc 2.2.2.  (linux 0.97.1 was installed
  15. over the SLS 0.96 installation).  When trying to display some files, such
  16. as "cheq.ps", "chess.ps", and one of the linux logos, I get the message
  17. "Dynamic memory exhausted." in my xconsol.  Does anyone know how to 
  18. prevent this from happening?  Is there  a workaround or compilation 
  19. option I may have overlooked?

  27. Does X treat RAM differently from swap memory?  With 16 MB of swap space
  28. still free I can't imagine why this error would occur.
