- Followup to my X11 setup problems.
- I tried the timings.exe program, it seems to give unreliable values. Besides, you
- have to give it a BIOS mode number, it will switch to that mode and report the
- values. I would have really preferred a program that only reads the VGA timings,
- so that you can try it from a known mode.
- Also, there is no source code. Could the person that wrote this post the code ?
- Or if anyone has hints on how to deduce video timings from vga registers...
