- Okey, maybe I forgot something, and my mailbox is sort of crowded so...
-
- I changed one more thing on my machine: the bus speed.
-
- I have the Forex chipset, whitch allows me to change the clockspeed
- for the bus (well the function is the same). The is done in the
- CMOS-setup ("advanced options" (or something) on the main menu). It is
- now running at 8MHz (setting CLKIN/5) and will not work at 10MHz. (If
- you can get yours to work at 10MHz I would like to hear about it.)
- I have had no noticable decrease in performance, but if I move the
- mouse to fast the machine looses interrupts. (This is not the case
- with the trackball, some day I should checkout the source for the
- busmouse driver...)
-
- Don't be fooled by the fact that everything works under DOS.
-
- Please email in case of more trouble.
-
- Have fun.
