  25. I am curious: I, too, have keyboard problems, but not so that the keyboard
  26. is unusable, just so it is a pain in the neck. For example, I can run
  27. virtual terminals, but when I am running vi (el_vi_is), my [ESC] key doesn't
  28. do [ESC]; instead, I have to hit [F1]. Control [CTRL]-keys must be subbed
  29. with [ALT]-key. In vi, this is a real hassle. I have hesitated to reinstall,
  30. but since it appears to be the problem, I guess I will.

  32. It seems like MWC would offer [two] standard keyboard drivers, since when
  33. I installed 3.0.2., I had the same problem(s), but with a much different
  34. computer. However, neither is what you'd call a brand name. Remarks?
