  22.  I just pointed that out in mail...  It was also supposed to be a
  23. temporary measure and not a permanent curse. The part about noone
  24. ever paying more than 5% (and that only for people making over $50,000
  25. in 1913 which is equivalent to over a million now) has also been
  26. forgotten...
