  10.  Hi... I'm new to this newsgroup and was told that maybe someone on here may be
  11. able to help me or at least direct me to where I can get help..

  13.   I run a bbs here in Maine which is tied into Internet through a 3rd party
  14. connect (via another bbs).  The phone company has decided to charge my 4 lines
  15. to my board at business rates due to my connect with Internet.  They claim that
  16. Internet is a business system and thus, my bbs must be charged as such.  I have
  17. 2 letters from the phone company here stating their tariffs on what they
  18. determine residential use vs business use of a phone line.  If anyone is
  19. interested in reading them and can possibly help me, I can post the 2 letters.
  20. My phone bill just doubled due to this change... and I can't seem to win with
  21. them...  help?
