- Well, that's fine, but I would be much more trusting had he bothered to
- state *some* sort of expected delivery date, post updates and/or send
- receipt confirmations to customers, etc etc. I've ordered t-shirts from
- other people on the net and they took the time to keep people informed, so
- even when it took a bit longer than expected due to printing errors, people
- knew what was going on.
