  22. Poor Mary Oskirko - she has been getting bombed with mail messages since my
  23. last net posting.  The messages fall into three groups... 
  24.  
  25.     1) Folks who received their reg kit for Fall Symposia but are looking
  26.     for more information.
  27.  
  28.     2) Folks who are _not_ members or current members and are looking to
  29.     join the U.S. Chapter.
  30.  
  31.     3) Folks who are current members but didn't receive their reg kits.
  32.  
  33. Mary is looking for information from the group 3 folks and not the group 1 & 2
  34. folks.  The group 1 folks should call 1-800-358-2614.  The group 2 folks
  35. should send net mail to information@decus.org.  Only the group 3 folks should
  36. send Mary net mail (oskirko@decus.org) with...

  56. This is a follow-up to the message regarding non-receipt of the 12 page DECUS
  57. Fall 1992 Seminars/Symposium Brochure:

  59. If you know that the reason you did not receive the brochure is due to a
  60. change in address or you are not currently a DECUS member, please send a note
  61. to Information@decus.org.  Please note the change/wish to become a member and
  62. also request the Registration Brochure. 
  63.  
  64. If you received the brochure and would like to receive the Seminars/Symposium
  65. Program, please see the instructions on the Information Reply Card or call
  66. 1-800-358-2614.

  68. We are asking your help in following these procedures because we are tracking
  69. the mailing of the Registration Brochure since we have been notified by some
  70. organizations that bulk mail will either 1.  not be delivered, 2.  be
  71. delivered only if mailstop is included  3.  delivered to one central address. 
  72. FYI, DECUSCOPE was mailed out the beginning of August, also bulk mail, and
  73. should have been received beginning around the week of 8/15 - there may be an
  74. address issue if, in addition to the Registration Brochure, you did not
  75. receive the Summer 1992 issue of DECUSCOPE either.
