  14. I assume that they are not "grandfathering" existing participants?  What
  15. a pain.  I just joined this program 9 months ago.  If the underwriter is
  16. looking to get out of this line of insurance, it sure sounds like they've
  17. found an effective way to do it.  I should have expected this -- they
  18. actually boosted the rates for the insurance between the time I applied
  19. and when they accepted me -- so they reduced my coverage interval
  20. pro-rata.
