  14.     This is my first posting on this newsgroup.I would like to know if there is a ftp node that I could 
  15.     'ftp' to to retrieve the journals published by ACM (specifically SIGGRAPH,SIGPLAN etc).Also,can I
  16.     subscribe to ACM over this newsgroup (by sending them some mail)?.I guess anyone could copy these 
  17.     journals.
