  15.     I don't where it most appropriate to post this but this is the closest
  16. I can find.  Where can I get info on character-recognition software.  I need
  17. something that can most reliably read hand-writing.  Is there anything 
  18. publically available to play with or is it all sold?

  20.     If I'm in the wrong place, I apologize, and could someone point me in
  21. the right direction.
