  11. I am having a problem that is driving me crazy!

  13. I have set up a program that will access very specific locations in a
  14. Microsoft Waveform from ToolBook.  I did this in ToolBook 1.5 with Windows
  15. 3.0.  Everything was working just fine.

  17. I just transferred my program to a system with ToolBook 1.53 and Windows 3.1
  18. and many of the sounds are being cut off!  Why is this happening?  What
  19. can I do about it?!

  21. It does not seem to be ToolBook, since I get the same error when I directly
  22. access the Waveform from WaveEdit.
