  20. Ideally you can use Creative Labs utilities to do this for you with a SoundBlaster. I would check into whatever the sound card came with first
  21. since you will be using it for the sound...They all seem to support this type of thing...Another way would be a presentation in one of many of the Multimedia packages like Macromind Action!, Macromedia Director or a combination of Autodesk screens with a script to do the sound.
