  20.   I second, third, and fourth that.  I and others in my organization have 
  21.   ordered from them since 1984 or thereabouts.  We have NEVER had a bad exper-
  22.   ience with them.  They have always told us if an item we want is out of stock
  23.   and have given us an expectation date that usually proves to be very conser-
  24.   vative (e.g., the item arrives sooner than we were told).  They ship very
  25.   quickly.
