  61. Or, on the host side(remote) if its unix, type rz at the unix prompt and
  62. select Zmodem when you pres page-up.  You will be prompted for a file name
  63. on youe machine.  Give it the full path ie. c:\memos\myfile and it will be
  64. sent to the remote as a file.
