  21. That might be the NetPub list, maintained by Robert Hoffmann on Infoplus --
  22. I can't remember now whether his logname there is "robert" or "hoffmann" but
  23. the site is @infopls.chi.il.us (no u in 'infopls').  He and Andrew Rossmann
  24. (andyross@infopls.chi.il.us, owner of the site) started the list because
  25. Infoplus runs Waffle on a PC and didn't qualify for Nixpub by dint of running
  26. a non-Unix OS.
