  19. Most probably because the apostrophe is a /bin/sh metacharacter and
  20. uuxqt forks a shell to execute the rmail command. Or, your uuxqt
  21. examines the command string for special characters and refuses to
  22. execute obscure commands. (This is a security feature.)
