  61. Original unpublished papers of up to 5,000 words in length are invited.
  62. All submitted papers will be read and carefully evaluated by the Program 
  63. Committee. Proceedings of accepted papers will be available at the time 
  64. of the conference. To submit a paper, send five copies of double-spaced 
  65. manuscript in English. The first part of the paper should include a title, 
  66. an abstract, keywords and phrases: author's name(s), title, affiliation, 
  67. complete mailing address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, and 
  68. a signed statement of commitment that ``if the paper is accepted, one of 
  69. the authors will present the paper at the Pacific Graphics'93 conference''.
