  11. I am using smail 3.1 PL 19 at a client and they are part of a registered
  12. domain.

  14. The machine is known in the domain as pgs.sony.com.  The actual machine
  15. name is pgsn1. 
  16.  
  17. When I send mail, the outgoing address is generated as
  18.     markd@pgsn1.sony.com
  19.  
  20. When people try to reply to this address, it bounces since the domain
  21. machine does not know pgsn1.sony.com but wants to see pgs.sony.com.
  22.  
  23. Can anyone help me figure out how to set VISIBLE_NAME, HOSTNAMES, and
  24. GATEWAY_NAMES in the smail conf/EDITME file to get my address to come
  25. out pgs.sony.com? (or is there something else I have to set?)
