  44. It will be interesting to here how this works.  I have been advised somewhat
  45. differently, i.e., that since the mail must pass thru UUCP, the username and
  46. domain address _must_ be in lowercase.  However, since the output driver on
  47. EasyLink is upper case, to send lower case letters to Internet, each letter
  48. _must_ be prefixed with a !.  For example, to send from EasyLink to me would be
