  27.     I just opened up Bookreader, and found them in chapter 9 of the
  28. "VMS Utility Routines Manual."  This is the same manual that includes
  29. the ACl, CLI, DCX, CONV etc routines.

  31.     The title page of the Bookreader copy implies that it is the V5.4
  32. version of the manual.
