- I just opened up Bookreader, and found them in chapter 9 of the
- "VMS Utility Routines Manual." This is the same manual that includes
- the ACl, CLI, DCX, CONV etc routines.

- The title page of the Bookreader copy implies that it is the V5.4
- version of the manual.
