  15. I am interested in any information about replacing sendmail and NFS mounting
  16. of /usr/spool/mail in a large site by a daemon oriented mail service
  17. (somewhat like nntp for news).  If I understand correctly, pop might be 
  18. an answer.  
  19.  
  20. What are the implication of such a transition? where can pop be found for
  21. SunOsr, AIX and SVR4?  Does it realy eliminate the need for NFS? how
  22. does one convert sendmail.cf files? etc.

  24. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
