  14. A friend of mine in South America wants to connect a PC to an X.25 
  15. packet-switched network. He claims he needs a modem (I assume it must
  16. be a synchronous one) and a special card for the PC of which he only
  17. knows a particular brand, called MICROTROL CI X.25 X (HW+SW X@%/ASCII
  18. UNIX/XENIX). (He plans to run SCO Xenix on the PC).

  20. Can someone give me any information about all this? Specifically, where
  21. can I find vendors for this type of equipment and exactly what to ask 
  22. for?
