- Hi all,
-
- I haven't been following this group for some time, so apologies if this is
- already known - I'm only posting it because NeXT people seem to be a trifle
- fanatical (8-) about using NeXT-specific applications, so perhaps it isn't
- known. If you've used the NeXT Mail system, and you're still reading this
- group then you know why I'd bother.
-
- I have successfully built a minimal mh-6.7.2 installation (no POP, and no
- bboards) on a NeXT TurboSlab under NeXTstep 2.1, with the native (read
- "old GNU") ANSI C compiler.
-
- The only change that appears to be necessary in the source is that the
- declaration of sprintf in ./h/strings.h must be turned into a proper ANSI-
- conformant prototype. I imagine this will be necessary on other systems
- supplying ANSI C header files too.
-
- No responses required unless you're seeking information. In that case email
- is much more likely to be read that posting here. Oh, and NeXTmail NOT
- welcome.
